I agree with all this is said below. Safety is a big concern here; you hear and see parties at all hours of the night both on the weekend and weekdays. Me and my wife heard gun shots close by, about 10 minutes later 6 to 7 cop cars showed up. I would say on an average week I see cop cars in the complex 2 to 3 times.
The next issue is with the gate. It s always open, most of the time it is broken. The remote gate idea is nice but slow. It seems that most of the people that live here don t know the gate code so some times when you arrive home you will have 3 or 4 cars waiting to for someone that has a remote or knows the code.
We have submitted a maintenance request about 8 months ago, with no response. We will be moving for sure. We do not recommend this complex to anyone.
