I do not believe that this apartment community is the best place to live. It wasn't the worst place to live but I think for the price we pay I could have gotten more out of it. There were alot of bugs that kept coming in and all the exterminators that came by could never get the work done. The staffs were ok-ok, but I felt I could have gotten better service. They often have to be reminded about the complaints that we give them before they finally do something about it. We've had about 4 break-ins since I've lived here and quite frankly that was what pushed me to break the lease and move to a safer place. Parking was terrible, I think they should now start doing assigned parking or at least have the guests park somewhere else so the residents can be able to park near their home. Residents are very terrible with keeping up after their animals.

The plus side' Movie rentals and a nice pool.

The governor's mansion was broken into and then sat on fire,so safer place? nobody is going to guarrantee your personal safety, not even if you move to an upscale apartment. Parking space,your option was to rent a covered parking space just for a few dollars more a month,I have one and its worth it. More for your money? did you use the personal fitness trainer? I'm glad that you moved out to something that was more within your budget. Thanks.

oh god! I hate when staff members make posts and pretend to be residents! This is for RESIDENT complaints! HELLO!! If we wanted your opinion we would go to the front office!

oh i know! they think they're so sly covering up their identity by being a "paris martinelli" when they're really one of those people in the office. grow some balls and boss up. i know you probably hate working at san simeon but they're the only places they'll accept trash like you because you arent able to work at any other places than san simeon.
