I have looked at couple models and liked it..I was thinking of moving..by october..the community doesnt look that great..construction going on..and looks dirty..I did like the actual Apartments. Price is too high..I dont know if its worth staying there with the kind of prices they have..and with all the reviews here..I am not sure what I should do..people who already live here..please suggest.

Hi, I lived here about a year ago. The garages are great, and the 1.5 bedroom plan I lived in was nice. The balcony view made it worth the extra. Just make sure you see the model you will be living in, as I didn't like the first two I saw when choosing. Just my two cents.

Don't waste your money. Bait and switch tactic (on what you pay). Poor service. No smiles after you move in. You're on your own.
