Like someone else posted, Las Colinas prices in an undesirable location. Utilities are very high too, I consider myself energy concious & make every effort to reduce energy consumption but, recent bill was almost 160 for a 1BR...absolutley ridiculous!

Anytime you need something from the office (maintenance, forms, rent receipts, etc), get it in writing. The apartments have gone downhill ever since the old manager left right after we moved in.
