I had experience to file an application and had to go after them for getting things ready. DO NOT RENT HERE EVEN FOR A SIX MONTHS LEASE THE TRICK IS THEY GET U FOR A 199.00 TO A LAZY PLACE TO LIVE AND EXPECT ANY DUE SERVICES. I HAD TO GET OUT BEFORE EVEN MOVING IN BECAUSE I DROVE AROUND AND FOUND OUT THE AREA WASNT BAD BUT THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE AND MANAGEMENT WAS JUST USELESS. HELP YOUR SELF DO NOT MOVE HERE WITHOUT YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT THEY WONT RETURN IT EVEN IF U ARENT HAPPY WITH THE TRANSACTIONS. GOOD LUCK Tina manager is a Lazy and not educated person and her assistance is just clueless deliala. DO NOT RENT HERE . I CANT STRESS ENOUGH!
