Nice looking but not worth the time From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here for over 3 yrs now, up till recently we had no complaints, untill the management changed and Lane become the property manager. This renewal period our rent incresed a great deal. With not having the use of a pool til july 24th (community BBQ) and the club house being an eye sore for almost a year. I expected we would have some type of discount. Also parking has been a problem from day one if your not in by 7:30 don't expect a sapce near your apartment. Also no one picks up after their dogs so using any grassy area or an apartment over looking one(like mine)is out of the question. Expect to receive daily flyers on your door which get anoying after awhile. Staff is very unhelpful and is always changing. After everything this past year i will be looking for a new apartment elsewhere and will not be recommending this one to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
