Lawsuits, Lawsuits... as soon as someone gets hurt.
Did you know that they are in default of your lease agreement? Look at P. 32 or 34..one of those...
Send 1 hand delivered letter signed as they received a copy or 1 certified letter... if they dont fix it... you get yo break your lease and move out...they wouldnt stand a chance if they fought it.

Oh I am completely aware of my rights. I managed apartment complexs and was in the business unfortunately for over 10 years. I have called their district manager when the office failed to deliver my renewal notice. The district manager never telephoned me back.
We are on notice to move out. But feel free to trip in one of numerous trip hazards and sue the crap out of Westdale.

If you look back, when Lane was the manager there were more complaints than now. Thank you for your opinions and being a long term resident.

Write to Westdale Property Management Company. They have a corporate office in Dallas. It is a reputable company according to the internet so surely they care to here what is going on.
