DONT EXPECT CHANGE..this place is a goner From: movingoutSFR Date posted: 2/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response I was shocked to get a note on my door asking for approval from the management office by posting comments to this site. I only respond in hopes that someone in charge of this community will see how insanely unprofessional this place is run. Over the last 12 mths this place has only declined and I dont see in improvements in the near future. I hope everyone that feels this way moves out when the time comes. It is a pain to move but there are sites like Moveforfree.com and several apartment locators like A-OK Locators that have incentives and it could be well worth it to relocate. Nothing will change here. Everything I read on here about how terrible things are unfortunately are true. It is shame. This place seemed to have potential. I thought Valley Ranch had higher standards than this. Maybe the City should get involved. PS- the response by "happylocator"..did you notice that the manager's log in is "happy manager". I used AOK locators and they did not put this one on the list. I guess I should have taken that as a hint.

SFR has nothing to hide. We really enjoy living and working here. I did not pay too much attention to this site until I was booking my honeymoon traveling plans and the reviews were important to me. What is wrong in wanting to get positive feed back? I have so many residents tell us they love living here and love the amenities and the community events, like the breakfast for Sat. Feb 9th. We are very responsive, professional and want to provide the best customer service.
