I have lived in Santa Rosa for almost 3 yrs and the office staff and the maintenance have always been Johnny on the spot with whatever comes up. Maintenance issues have always been answered within 24 to 48 hrs. Parking is a little tight every now and then but you always have your own designated covered spot to go park in whenever you want.

if you are that proud and are an actual tennant, you should post your apartment number. If you dont post your apartment number and/or parking area number, you are an obvious employee of Santa Rosa. Your tennants are not as dumb as you think. What would be the best is to have tennants protest and ensure that the Santa Rosa Apartments are completely shut down and destroyed, NOT reconstructed.

YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS A CROCK OF ---- THIS IS AN EMPLOYEE THAT IS SAYING THAT PLACE IS GREAT ---- THE OFFICE STAFF LOOKS LIKE WHORES THEY DRESS LIKE THEM ITHINK THAT COOPRATE NEEDS TO SEE HOWTHINGS ARE RUN THERE I THINK EVERYBODY IS SLEEPING WITH EVERYBODY IN THAT OFFICE THE GIRLZ MESS WITH EMPLOYEES AND THEN GET THEM FIRED THEY ARE ALL WHORES THERE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND WILL BE TRUST
