I agree with all said. One Phrase however, concerns me... The term "Low Income People"; for while it does appear more often than not, particularly amongst one American born minority, that filth, noise and generally loud and lewd behavior seems to be synonymous with low income, that this isn't always true, and such phrases and beliefs only serve to justify high rent. Dallas is replete with places that good, clean, decent people are inadvertently precluded from residing in for the inability to afford exaggerated rents, and aforementioned statements support the reasoning behind it. While I too would much rather live amongst white collar stuffy shirts who exude with both emblems on vehicles and attire, that all those of lesser earnings are beneath them, as opposed to the latter...I would loathe being resigned to live with the latter due to income and the formers distorted and exaggerated views of themselves.

If this place is so bad in your opinion, why first of all have you been there for 3 years? Why, secondly, being that you are well educated in the use of the english lanuage, have you not just gone into the office and inquired as to the delay in changing parking spaces, after all heaven forbid that you were put on a list 3 years ago and somehow they turned a page in the book. Since you are aware of new spaces comming available why not just go say, apt xxx just moved out and there space is closer to my apt, could i change with them please. But, as common to people who want to fault others rather than take responsiblity for their lives , you would rather walk the three buildings and complain rather than attempt to solve your own problem in an adult fashion. And keep in mind, no one ever forced you or anyone else to live here for 3 years and counting...so was your rent late ? did you abide by the rules? what exactly did someone say they would evict you for? Managers dont evict people becuase they like court, or losing the income, so what part did you play, since you want to hold everyone else accountable.....are you willing to tell it all Or just what is convient?
