I don't know what people are talking about when they are saying the dumpsters are always full! I NEVER go to the dumpsters-the maintenence does trash pick ups from your breezeway 3 days a week and they always have the trash picked up by 9 am!!! I also have not seen ANY rats ever and I just signed my second 1 year lease!!! Furthermore, all of my neighbors in my building have lived in this complex for 3 years!! I love using the FREE tanning bed. That saves me money on a tanning membership. There was 1 car robbery, though. But criminals always come to NICER areas where they will find nicer cars. I have lived in this area my whole life and crime is everywhere. The nicer the car you drive the more likely it is to get broken into. That is why you pay higher insurance premiums!
