Horrible staff and ridiculous utility bill.

Make sure to ask the logic of utility bill prior to move in, it keep changing every other week. If you ask the staff explanation, she got no clue.
Well, folks it is one among so called gated community, but after midnight it is wide open..what an irony!!
There is alot of nice apt. around here, check those out and keep this as your last option.
