Santa Rosa Apartments

Welcome to HELL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Santa Rosa is nice' Is this the staff saying these things' To the previous author who spoke of the FREE tanning bed, my personal and property safety are NOT worth the $19.99 a month those a saving by using some dirty gross bed. The grounds are trashy and muddy. People set their trash out EVERYDAY, not just the designated days. People don't even bother putting their trash into bags, they just leave it setting out to rot and stink and entice rats. On any given day there are MULTIPLE liquor glass bottles (along with other trash) broken and strung along the grass area that I USED to allow my children to play. I have requested that this glass is picked up (because it is a hazzard for everyone) but It takes the complex days, and then by the time it gets picked up there is more. The neighbors don't give a crap about this property or they wouldn't do it in the first place. The place is about as LOW-RENT as it comes. The dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing (which sometimes I do have trash on those off days that they don't pick-up, and I'm not going to let stinky trash just sit in my apartment, and I'm not going to set it out like everyone else does until it is a designated day.) I have children, and this was a BAD choice, they have NO WHERE to play, cars drive through the parking lot at 50mph, there are other children who are mean and up to NO GOOD playing in the parking lot, leaving trash, and talking disrespectfully to adults. I wouldn't let my children NEAR these kids. I feel very unsafe for my well-being and for my belongings. Cops drive through the propery regularly, cars are broken into, I hear people shouting outside all hours. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP. I have lived in other apt. complexes, and I understand that there will always be some noise, rude neighbors, trash, etc. but this is just rediculous. I feel like I am paying quite a bit for complete harrassment by other neighbors.
