So, according to the reader who posted under me, if I complain then I've been evicted or something' For your information, I still live at this property but I am very much looking forward to leaving. Here is why.

I have problems with mice, yes, mice in my apartment! I have seen rats scurry through the parking lot. The dumpsters are constantly full and overrun with trash. It is truly disgusting to take out my trash to the dumpster when there is a sea of mess all around it. The grounds are not safe for kids at all as cars constantly tear through the parking lot at high speed. The construction is shoddy as I can hear my neighbors above me vaccumming and my next door neighbor's TV set when it comes on. I still live here, but I do not recommend this place for anyone.

well then why are you writing anonymous? Also if you hate it here so much than why are you still here? There is a form for people like you and it's called a notice to vacate. What do you expect the office staff to do get out and direct traffic at rush hour? That is something that we need to work on as residents here is to slow down the apartment isn't going to run away from us. The office staff is wonderful here!!! In my opinion they do a wonderful job. Oh and about the rat problem, i've never in my 3 years as a tennant have seen a rat in this community. Anyway, so if your so unhappy then leave!

Hey AshleyDance06, a notice to vacate doesn't release you from your legal obligation to fulfill your lease. If you break it you usually end up paying heavy fines. This is why most people who want to leave an apartment can't do so for several months. At least know what you're talking about before you post.
