i just read these reviews and it sounds like I'm living in Oak Cliff. What are you people talking about. The grounds are beautiful and I am very happy here.

Actually they are not beautiful and it does look like you are living in Oak Cliff. Look closely- dying bushes and plants, yellow grass, shutters falling off, A/C dripping from the pipes onto window sills below causing rust and damage to exterior bricks, abandoned cars taking up space so visitors can't find parking spaces. People loitering in breezeways playing guitar and threatening people who try to pass by saying, "I was here first, use the other stairs". Domestic fights constantly. Totally ghetto. My guess is they are letting anyone in to make as much money as possible before dumping the property. Just saying PAY ATTENTION BEFORE MOVING IN.

Also the gutters are falling off and that stair railings are wobbly. The parking lot is full of sink holes and the walls need repainting.
