Our apartment manager thinks he's Tony Soprano

Generally I am a good resident. I have not been late on rent except this last month in which I explained my situation to the apartment manager. He proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs into my face that this was unacceptable and he could not wait an extra week to receive the rent. I have never dealt with such a horrible beast of a person EVER. Also the facilities are in dire need of upkeep. The cops are constantly there on calls. I do not feel safe. Although there is a gate, it is never closed and when it is the code is clearly posted where any thug can enter. The trash is never picked up on time. There are rats because of this. Additionally the air conditioner units freeze up (several of my neighbors have this problem). The office sends someone to add antifreeze but this never seems to fix the problem. Please do not sign a lease with this place!!! You can do better!

u know this is nobody but that book keeper speaking the staff this person have the right to the way they feel about your ass because u are so true the same thing happen to me.

I agree with the first response. If you would get a job or quit spending you money on hookers because your lonely. Maybe you could pay your rent.
