I support this review wholeheartedly. I lived there for 3 years; 3 years too long. During that time I too had to contend with the same annoyances; roaches that seemed to move in and out with each nasty, leaving trash in the hallway neighbor; loitering in the corridors, kids bouncing basketballs off the hallway walls; yelling, playing and screaming in them (especially bad when school let out;) Tenants noisily traveling up and down the stairs;the boom boom boom of the car stereos at all hours of the day and night (most often by the dew rag wearing clan for which I watched Santa Rosa become a magnet, with each move-in special run by a bonus hungry witch of a manager.) During my final two years, my vehicle was also broken into twice; each time for the stereo, and each time by breaking the window. Santa Rosa also seems to suffer from some structural flaw that according to several others I spoke with, wasn't limited to my unit; this being...Squeaky floors; a relatively easy problem to fix, according to contractors I spoke with, but one that the manager never rectified prior to laying new carpet, (which I know was done in the unit above me, at least twice in 3 years.) After complaining about it on several instances, I resorted to asking the upstairs tenant to bear in mind that they had neighbors; for in my case the noise wasn't limited to just the repeated traffic over the squeaky spots. All request went ignored to the point that I began banging on the ceiling. With 3 years of paying rent on time to my credit, I received a three day notice to vacate. In closing... If you're a genuinely quiet and clean person who relishes a "right to reasonable peace", find someplace else to live. If you however, are of a ghetto mentality and like "The Jefferson's", think you're "moving on up" and impressing people by being able to say you live in Las Colinas...The Santa Rosa wont frown upon you drying your dew rag on the balcony.

ok well you really need to get your facts straight cause fixing your carpet wont effect the squeaky floors......and what are you talking about with people wearing dew rags cause bearly anyone here wears a dew rag...and that you put in there that you had notice to vacate shows that your holding a grudge against the apartment complex
