The aforementioned problems could be gone but there would still be problems as there are in any complexe's. I live here and there are problems but they're not out of control. The kids running around, yelling and screaming' hey kids are kids right' move to a retirement center or buy a home if you expect total peace and quiet. And for the people who say that the mud is a problem, well hello stupid mud is going to be in any place that has dirt, and havent you ever thought that the apartment complex is old (in fact one of the oldest in Las Colinas)''''' and the maintenance people are ALWAYS working trying to make the place look better. And for the person that posted the one response above yankee501 yes there are kids playing football and thats not a problem, accept for the yelling maybe (the nerve of them cheering over a game)but would you rather the kids out doing something else, possibly breaking into cars, doing drugs or finding a gang to get involved with as so many young kids do nowadays' yes they are playing in the parking lot in front of the incoming cars because theres nowhere else for them to go here. And for people saying that this place looks more and more like oak cliff, I ask myself do y'all even know what oak cliff looks like and if you do you would'nt even be so ignorant as to attempt to compare the two. And for the person that complained about the Irving police always being here there is a reason for that, maybe they work here' cause the old apartments i lived at, the courtesy patrol that lived there was an officer....and for the place being a section 8, ITS NOT, its a second chance complex. which means they give people a second chance, which im sure none of you ever needed right'' your a bunch of bigoted, judgemental idiots and quite frankly id rather live in a complex dominated by minorities than with a bunch of close minded, racist judgemental idiots that are so bored with their own lives that they stand with their faces pressed to their living room window watching their neighbors living their lives. The witch manager' if you dealt with just half of what she deals with daily, you'd be a witch too...heck look at what some of you clowns have written on here, why' because you did'nt pay your rent, are mad that she evicted you so now you come on here running off at the mouth' pay your bills next time.

Well i have one response to the kids thing. There is a recreation center right up the street with lots of space to run and play. instead of playing in the parking lot and almost getting run over they can just go up the street. Also some of them just wander in the middle of a driver's path. the kids just keep walking slow and impeding people instead having common sense and moving out of the way. if the kids are so disrespectful and slow. you can imagine what the ignorant parents are like.

recreation center for the kids, not parking lot roofs, throwing football over my car while I am parking... I am not making this ---- up, they were running around my car as the garage door was openning and I was witing to park in. then they started throwing the football over my car. ridiculous! and to the retirement center bull ---- comment. next time you see a bunch of kids running around your car as you try to park in, see how it is. kids are unsupervised. freaking 3-4 yr olds too roaming around. it's ridiculous!

I saw one kid throwing a rock through a car window - I called the police but nothing happened.

I could not have answered more perfect! I lived in Santa Rosa for 3 years as well, and with each year it became worse and worse! I complained endless amounts and FINALLY moved out. They should definitly choose there tenants more wisely. I'm not saying discriminate...but how about actually sticking to your own policies regarding income requirements, employment, and no convictions?!?!?!!?

I am more worried about these kids' parents than the cars hitting them. I've seen a young girl maybe 10 years old watching her little brothers play outside while holding an infant! On many occasions! Where are these kids' parents??? I have also seen young boys maybe 7 or 8 fist fighting behind my apartment. !! With other little boys egging them on and cheering. I only posted this anonymously because I don't feel like making an account. But I have lived here for almost a year.
