My mom lived here for over thirteen years, and I over for two years. The quality of Santa Rosa went down. The current management team is rude and liars. I requested maintance service for two and a half month. They decided to come to work on the tube and turned on the A/C to 75 degrees with out my premission. I was out of town for a whole week, I do not want to see TXU bill.
They let anybody live here.
In January, my building of twelve apartments had four evictions notices. The
management team do not listen to their tenants. I hear so many tenants complain about rottens, they do nothing about it.
The parking is trouble. Your assigned parking is a block and a half down. Ask to see your parking space along with your apartment.

I had a US Marshall bang on my door last night looking for a guy that was staying in an apartment close by. Apparently this criminal's mom has been letting her son live there in violation of her lease. Her son is a wanted, violent criminal who has 4 arrest warrents out on him. In fact, the Marshall's caught him at the apartment complex but he got away and broke into ANNOTHER RESIDENT'S apartment and used the phone. I was told this man is extremely dangerous. The fact that his mom lets him stay there is frightening. The fact that Santa Rosa staff haven't evicted her or told other residents about her and her son is unforgivable. If saftey is important, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Residents and Visitors in the City of Irving may file complaints concerning Minimum Housing (Apartments, Motel / Hotel, and Single -Family Dwellings) issues with the Code Compliance Division @ 972.721.4929. Required Information will include: Name of Company/Hotel/Property Location or Address Nature of Violation Proper time frame for repairs Copy of letter given to mgmt if not an emergency **You can contact the Code Compliance Division and have them come out to inspect your apartment or the property as a whole. Although the conditions at Santa Rosa may not be bad enough to have the property condemned, if your apartment is deemed to be unhealty/unlivable/dangerous you may be able to legally break your lease without incurring any charges/penalties.
