We lease alot of people at this property because of their great specials and they will work with clients that have some issues. The leasing staff is helpful and most of our customers are very happy. It's obviously in your best interest to give this dump prompts since according to you..."We lease alot (which by the way, is 'a lot')at this apartment"; as if this should be the deciding factor, or even a contributing one, for the potential renter. People only post bad experiences on this site? b@#$%*&t! Check out the ratings of the Marqui @Vista Ridge in Lewisville; not that I'm promoting the place; for the last thing I'd want to see, is for the Marqui to become the ghetto that the Santa Rosa is, simply because I might inadvertently drive people there with my comment; to which I'll say...If your ghetto (pants sagging, dew rag wearing, bass blaring from your car stereo, loud, obnoxious, hanging out in the parking lot drinking while staring passer-byes down)...Stay at the Santa Rosa where the management happily ignores your existence; for this is what anyone who decides to rent at the Santa Rosa has to look forward to; all this and bug infestation, mold, thin walls, creaky floors, muddy parking lots, overflowing dumpsters, auto theft, gates that often fail to work, etc. Positives? None; aside from it's location; which is central to several highways; but then, one can rent at several surrounding properties for this advantage.

only one, company, says that santa rosa is good and only people with bad experience write here? So then why is it that the majority of us say there is MOLD and there are pictures of MOLD!? Even the Irving health inspector came out and said that it was not a place to live, that is how i got out of my lease. It is up to the reviewer to see such BS as your company http://www.1sourceapartments.com states, it is not your company alone. Yea, the people are happy when they move in, BUT later, the paint falls off or MOLD starts to grow from the fresh paint. This company, http://www.1sourceapartments.com does NOT live there. It is prior tennants that have lived or are living here with these experiences. why would we waste the time typing this for others that may also get screwed and lied to? This site is for other tennants to help tennants. Constantly changing staff doesnt help. Using spray to kill the wasps, continue repainting the walls to hide the MOLD. When tennants start to live there, they are treated well, but when these COMMONLY KNOWN AND STATES ISSUES OF MOLD come about, they are not happy. There is mold. There are pictures. There are even public reports about how unhealthy the apartments are. I am not telling people not to live here. But if you are a gambler, go for it. Then you will type your comments here, and then http://www.1sourceapartments.com will call you a lair.

I'm sure 1 Source Apartment Locators doesn't have any reason to lie about Santa Rosa being a great place (except that they are being paid by SR for referrals!). Come on guys...could you be more transparent!?! Have you ever even been to the property? The place is a $#! hole and you know it!! Why come on this website and attempt to save the reputation of Santa Rosa just because you can make a few bucks off of it? I can really only agree with one thing you wrote..."Good property for certain people". Yeah, the people who have no other options! Do yourself and your customers a real service and only recommend Santa Rosa to people who have no other viable options, and be straight forward with them. Don't make false representations about the property or the staff. It only serves to make you appear morally bankrupt!! Perhaps you should consider doing the right thing for your customers and stop focusing so much on the almighty dollar!!!
