This is by far the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. After living here for eight months now when i only signed a six months lease. I was forced to stay here two extra months because....(you'll see)....Originally i had leased an apartment with them for 6 months and the second month there in March i noticed that my TXU bill was over 100 dollars(and that was unusual)my closet was so hot, in my bathroom i started to have brown rusty looking stains seep through the tile shower walls and throught the linolium cracks of the bathroom floor, not only that but if you touched the walls that were next to or behind the shower they were so saturated with water that you could poke a hole in it. My closet carpet was drench with water that ruined things that i had packed on the floor. So i called maintance out and they came by 2 days later. Come to find out the reason for all this was due to a hot water leak under my apartment. So they came in Knocked a huge hole inthe wall behind the shower and taped the hole back up with a garbage bag and said they were having a plumber come out, but couldn't be there for 3 days. While all this is going on i was nine months pregnant and expecting any day. So i went to the apartment management and requested to move due to all the apartment problems and risks(possible mold) to me and my baby and they were hesitant to let me move. the head maintance guy told me that there was no possible risk of mold because mold only occurs due to sun light..now he probably thought that since i was a girl that i was stupid enough to believe that -------- but it didn't work. They had also told me that my apartment would be completely fixing by two weeks. So i told them that wouldn't work because i didn't want to have to bring my newborn home to the mess and the construction that would have occured. So finally after two days of argueing with them the best deal they offered was a secon floor apt. that i could transfer to. (when i originally had a first floor and they said there were none available). So i took it. They didn't even offer with moving expences. So they told me i would have to sign a lease agreement for the new apt. and they just highlighted the places i need ed to initial and sign with no new nstructions, rules, or regulations. So come the month of my original end of lease date. they tried to pull on me that when i moved apt. that i signed a new 6 month lease. They said that since i trasferred apt. that they could now just transfer the remaining month that i had to start a whole new 6 month and not knowing that, i signed a new lease so they screwed me. So when i tried to get out of it due to all the problems there wa no way of getting out unless i paid a reletting fee. The mangement was Crap the Regional Manager was crap and they had no concern for anyone but theirself. they never returned calls and they had their secretaries screen their calls so they would have to deal with you. Not only that the gates are always broken, and my was stolen from here the first month i lived here and again they had no concern. In the new apt. that i transferred to i had a leak under my kitchen sink the first week i was there and they could find the problem. it ruined everthing i had under there and it still leaks. so don't waste your time or money on these apt. they suck.
