Getting shadowy. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Now called Shadows of Cottonwood Started going down in Sept 05. They have let people park however they want without recourse. So if you want to take up two spaces go ahead. Billed as a gated comunity but the entry gates are open all the time. Nothing has been done to keep people from exiting the entrance and I've almost gotten run into several times. Maintance has had to fix wiring on my outside AC unit twice, but only patched it up each time. If you don't mind $25 every 17 days for a water bill then it is OK. Lease due to expire June 06 and they wouldn't negoitate a lower rent to keep me here. Have to wade thru a large puddle to get to my car everytime it rains the least bit hard. Changed managment companies and they started to fix things up but it is all cosmetic.
