I am finally free!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here a year and turned in my notice to vacate 4 months early. I have had issues w/ ants and water bugs. I live on the 3rd floor. My ice maker in my fridge is horrible. My ice has a metallic taste. I told the office and maintanance looked at it but nothing changed. There was snow and ice and it took management over a day to put sand out. Afterwards they did not even clean up the sand which created another hazard. The residents let there dogs use the grass as a restroom and do not clean it up. Management does nothing. I now have an odor in my restroom for the past week and it turns out that we had a sewage leak and management said nothing. My stove would not turn off and I called 24 emergency maintanence and was told that was not major and that maintanence would be out the next day. And management is rude. And the gates have never worked.
