1 word- UNINHABITABLE From: laila101 Date posted: 7/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am currently living in The Shadows of Cottonwood. I do not recommend that anyone live in these apartments as the management has proved to be completely incompetent. I have called numerous times as well as faxed and left letters with requests and complaints and received little if no response. The Shadows of Cottonwood has claimed and advertised to be a gated community, but for the first four months of my residence, the gates were broken and now that they are fixed, the gates are left up most of the time. After receiving letters on my door about cars and apartments being broken into numerous times, I question why they do not ensure their tenants security by using the security gates as advertised. This complex has shown me they have absolutely no concern with the safety or happiness of their occupants.
