The Managment provided false information about the parking lot being kept free of oil. Residents are constanly working on their cars in the parking lots.


All of the glass (windows/sliding doors) have old and leaking molding. Front door does not latch without using the dead bolt. Wind will blow rain in from under the front door. Washing machine drain overflowed onto kithen floor 5 times in two years. Bathroom caulking molds constantly. Maintenance personnel drink in the parking lot. They play their car stereos (boom boxes) so loud it is heard inside apartments. Repair requests are often ignored even after repeated requests placed into the managenment. Electrical outages are expected with almost every thunder storm.





The ONLY good thing about this place is the commercial utility rates received by the renters.
