Starting my second year here. Trying to figure what is worse....moving or staying. The comment posted before this one is exactly correct. In addition to the other complaint when maintnence is completed it is shody work and poor quality materials. Also, maintenence men are grumpy and mean spirited. When I moved in they promised things that weren't true and I didn't find out untill my Uhaul was on the lot and I was signing the lease. They had told me the only utility was electricty and it was based on overall appartment complex consumption. Water is charged and is very expensive. Electricity is a coporate rate, but I still have a high bill. They do have good parking, but there isn't much room to back up in. Don't move here!

The covered parking spaces are not meant for Uhauls. There are many uncovered spaces. Electricity increased 400% nationwide due to oil and gas costs increasing. Your bills did not increase by that much.
