Management has just changed!! They will now charge for all maintenance request. How do I know this' Because I have associates which work in the office and they showed me the memo from the manager. It is legal because under paragraph 12 of the lease contract, it states the apartments can charge. This are old apartments and need regular repairs. In addition, the complex has a hard time paying the water and trash bill, yet they charge the residents for this service. Do not rent from these "Christians" they will nickle and dime you for everything. Also, this is beginning to be a very unsafe area. I hate to be mean, but management is turning this into a housing community, and believe me it shows in the area. The complex also has other problems such as poor insulation. You freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer. The electricity bill is crazy. You can not have your own provider. The complex bills you base on an allocation. They get the bill, allocate out, and you pay the complex. Yet, the water will be shut off, per a notice all residents recieved from the City of Irving.

I am not sure where this person is getting the information, but Management has not changed. The management company has been the same for as long as the property has been called Sierra Point. The property just underwent a major renovation and is beautiful! You should check it out. They have beautiful landscaping and very clean grounds. They do not charge for maintenance requests. They are the only ones on the block with video cameras and also have a security company. I have recommended many friends to that property because of the staff. They do not tolerate unwanted traffic, criminals, and are always professional. The electric bills are half of what everyone else on the block pays that does not partipate in commercial electric. It is like buying in bulk. You definitely need to do some comparison shopping. Also, the water has not been shut off. Sounds like this person is making things up. I also know the staff personally. I say check it out yourself and make up your own mind. It's terriffic.

As to response to the water, I have the notices from the city. The apartment was fined for not having the garbage disposal of properly. Why, because the residents complained and the city official was on property. I have seen the security cameras, but no one is monitoring. What good is security cameras if no one is watching. I still live on the property, I know what I know. As far as the office staff, I have no complaints. It is not their fault the management company has misused funds and can't seem to pay their bills. Trust me, you don't want to rent here. I will be happy when my lease it up and I can move out.

Yes management has changed! And it obvious whoever wrote that happyrenter44444....seems to be a pretty generic name and wrote by office staff is my best guess. I'm just speculating. They do however take good care of the landscaping I'll give them that. Also there are roaches!
