You have only been here not even a month? Give it time, specially when you get your FULL months utilities! Talk to people who have been here for a long time. I do agree with the maintenance, Jose is fast and does the job right the first time. The office staff are new too, of course they are going to be nice and helpful, when you are wanting to move in, I feel they are rude at times.

Rating of 5? You are either from management or don't know any better. Just by driving by the grounds don't even make a 5. Drive to Las Collins, where the grounds are worth a 5, and then drive by this place. Anyone who truly lives or lived here would know the grounds are not even worth a 5. Based on that, you can tell the rest of the ratings are made up.

I don??????t know if you are with some other Apartments in Los Collins or not but I can tell you I am not with any management staff or office. I am not from here, I am from Nepal and for me this apt feels like my home, I don??????t care how you feel about it. This is just my personal view. I was in New York for 4 years and believe me I have seen better grounds and apartments then you have in Las Collins. You should know what I am talking about if you have been to New York. I like this apartment not for the ground they have (I don??????t even know if they have any ground) but for its price. You might have a lot of money to rent nice apt in Las Collins but i am not that rich. I am happy with 600 dollars for Double room apt which is 100 dollar less then the apt I used to live. So, please go to Las Collins and have wonderful rest of your life but LEAVE ME ALONE.
