The last writer must not have gotten her first electric bill! Look forward to paying extremely high electric bills where they will refuse to work with you on a payment arrangement. Although, they failed to pay the water bill for the apartment complex early in the summer and the city posted notices on our doors that we should vacate because they were cutting the entire complexes water off. Apartments need new windows and heating and cooling units, which may be the cause of the excessive electic bills. I'm also pretty sure the appliances are original (this place was built in the 70's). The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. Not sure how she even got the positioin. The office assistant manager seems to be very nice in my personal experience. Kids are always playing by your cars so count on getting lots of scratches on your car, they use to have a park but took it down and promised to put it back up and never did, now the kids have no where to play but the streets.
