Light bill $480 a month.... No insulations, windows have no weather stripping (poor installation). They removed the only park for kids to play; thus, kids are playing in the damn streets. The apartments have roaches. The people who supposed fix problems with your apartment dont even know how to speak english. Exposed eletrical wires inside a large metal container with the doors wide open that should be secured but the kids easily touch them. This is by far the worst management

I do agree that this apt need some nice park for kids to play but other then that i dont see any problem, Ihavent paid more then 100 dollars light bill a month since i moved in here in 2008. This guy must have alots of light all over his rooms. 450 dollars is alot of money, that's almost my rent for a month.
