I HAVE LIVED IN THESE APTS FOR 3 1/2 YEARS I HAD A LIL PROBLEM AT FIRST WITH MELLISA AND THE MISSING MONEY ORDERS MY FIRST APT 105 WAS GREAT I WORKED AT THE AIRPORT MY SON WENT TO SCHOOL ACROSS THE STREET IT WAS COOL THEN THE LEASE WAS UP I WAS MOVED IN 114
AND O MY MY SONS ROOM SMEELED LIKE CAT THEY SAID DONT WORRY THEY CLEANED THE TOP OF THE CARPET THAT DID NOT WORK THEN THAT APT GOT FLOOED FROM THE RAIN IN MY SONS ROOM WE THN WAS TRANSFORED TO THE FAMOUS 187 WHERE THE CLOSET WAS MY DREAM BUT THE OVEN WAS MESSED UP THE BATHROOM WERE MESSED UP BESISDES THE FACT THAT THEY REPAINT THE TUB WHEN U MOVE IN THAT IS GROSS THN ROACHES THE LIGHT BILL WAS LIKE WOW NOW IM A SINGLE PARENT WITH 1 KID CAN U IMAGINE PAYING 380 FOR A LIGHT BILL AND RENT AT 655 AND NOW LEASE IS UP AND NEW MANAGEMENT COMES IN ABT JUL IM TRANSFORED INTO A 3BEDROOM APT 266 SO MY SISTER CAN HELP ME AND NOW HERE IS KIM WITH HER SMART MOUTH FIRST SHE YELLED AT MY SON FOR PLAYING WITH HIS FREINDS IN THE STREET BUT THERE IS NO PARK IT WAS TORN DOWN WITH NO INTENTIONS ON BEING REBUILT
THEN MY OVEN WENT OUT SHE GOT SMART AGAIN THE ICING ON THE CAKE SOMONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY APT AND SHATTERED THE PATIO GLASS I COMPLAINED AND FILED A POLICE REPORT DID NOT THINK I SHOULD PAY FOR IT WE WERE NOT HOME I CALLED OFFICE AND KIM AGAIN GOT SMART AGAIN
I WENT TO OFFICE AND TOLD HER IM 30 YEARS OLD U CANNOT TALK TO PPL LIKE THAT THEY THEN MYSTERIOUSLY CAME UP WITH LETTERS FROM 4 PPL THAT WAS THERE WHEN IT WAS ME KIM AND MY SISTER AND 1 OTHER PERSON NOW IM BEING EVICTED FOR VIOLATION OF THE LEASE TALKING LOUDLY TO KIM AND BREAKING THE GLASS PATIO DOOR WHN I WASNT HOME I HAVE 1 QUESTION DO THE CAMREAS EVEN WORK FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS AN REACTION I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND TO THINK I HAVE HAD 6 PEPOLE MOVE IN AND OUT I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE TO ANYONE ELSE EVER

This is too funny, im too a resident in this complex and thought I was the only one who thought it was ridiculous. I cant wait until my lease is up to get the hell up out of hell...OMG you have no idea. (JUST STAY AWAY)I think they just need to get rid of the whole office staff and just completely start over again. DMJ Managment which is the owner of the complex who says that they are Christians and God Fearing, well certainly that is not the way that most of them act, its just crazy. All im saying is if you can help it dont move to Sierra Pointe Apts.

Sorry to here your so unhappy with the complex and office staff. Not sure why transfering 5 times on a property you haven't been happy with since you moved in. Confuses me why not just move if not receiving satisfactory service in stead of signing a new lease.The cameras are working just to let you know. Several witnesses state your behavior was unacceptable and several windows have been broken in your unit. If your going to tell a story make sure you tell the whole story.

I PUT THIS UP HERE TO LET PPL KNOW MY STORY NOT ALL TENANTS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM OR WILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES YES THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT AND OK BUT DOES THAT MAKE UP FOR THE PAST OR THAT ONE PERSON WHO TO MOST MAY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE YES IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE AND GOOD LOCATION AND GREAT SCHOOL TO THOSE THAT HAVE CHILDREN AS I DO BUT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME AND IF I HAVE A SITUATION I WANT MY OFFICE STAFF TO HELP ME NOT YELL! Seems like these people have issue with Apt Managment. I dont care what they say till i am happy with this managment team. I dont know about these stories but i do know this is a nice and affordable apts to live in.

This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived, and I have to agree with the man that got into it with Kim, she is not a nice person. The management staff that is there now does not care what happens to the people that pay their paycheck, thanks for letting me know that there are camera's on the property I will make sure to let the police know since they allow convicted felons on the property to break into people's apartments and steal from them. DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. The light bills are rigged to rob you. this complex is a joke. Do not live here there are other places that you can afford to live in with out getting mixed up in this hell hole

These used to be very nice apartments. There were 3 girls that came in a few years ago who really went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. However they left the aprtments and it seems the place went down hill ever since then.

I live on property and it is a nightmare that I have lived for the last year and ahalf. Management and office staff are very un perfessional, your not allowed to speak to the owner Mr. Henry no matter what. They give you an 817 number which is an answer machine that never returns your calls. Workers enter your unit with out your promission. Work orders take up to 3 days and more before they are forfilled. sorry ass complex... I can not wait until my lease is up and I will never look back.

I too used to live in these apartments. Horrible. My first year there someone broke into the apartment below mine. So we asked for a transfer, I didnt feel safe staying in that unit. So we transfered to the other side of the complex closer to northgate. Well in no time we had issues with the people below us being loud, and people coming and going at all hours. Called the police, and while the cops were there they made a huge bust, and arrested several people. The next night that unit got broken into, and everything was stolen. Not a safe place at all, and managment is horrible, they could care less about anything, and wont help in any way!!
