I am living in this apartment since last year and I renewed my contract this month because I think this apartment is affordable and better than some other apartments. Specially, we all know economy of this country is not that good right now, and if you get nice two bed rooms apartment in 600 dollars, you should go for it. That s what I thought and I think I am right. I pay around 170 dollars for electricity and water and garbage which is almost half of what I used to pay in other apparent in Irving.

lmao! are you kidding? please dont be fooled and listen to what these people in the leasing office is posting just to get good reviews or have you change your mind. Come on now a 5.0 rating these apartments are not even something that you would find in las colinas or even a nicer part of Irving. Wow

I agree, the office is notorious in posting good remarks on this website. This is not a nice property to live unless you are extremely desperate, and even then reconsider.

I dont know what these guys are talking about? I AM NOT from leasing office, please let me know if you want to see me personally and resolve this problem. I am a student from Northlake College which is 5 minutes away from this apartment. I dont care if anybody with change their mind or not, that is not my business. I am not asking anybody to move to Sierra Point, I dont get anything from them, I am just writing this because the people from apt office are better then from Westwood where I used to live, They gave me 100 dollars off when I renewed my contract for six more months. I like this apartment because it is close to my school and affordable then any other apartments. No hard feelings but U dont have to live here, if you dont like here, you should move immediately to better apartments. PEACE!!!
