I am living in this apartment since October 2008 and till now I dont have any problem but I wish they had a nice playing ground. My kids have to go to Thomas Helly's Playing ground to play, I don't understand why they can't have a playing ground. But other then that, its in nice location and very cheap too. I am paying 500 dollars a month which is 250 dollars less than what I used to pay. I really appreciate that maintenance guy, I don't know his name but he fix any problem at the same day that I request for the maintenance. Thank you for the new Management team for making this property better.

I think this is Nice, quiet neighborhood and safe too, that's what I was looking for and found right here. Exceptional 24 hour maintenance service and never had any problems other than lack of Playing court and Gym. I dont understand why they cant have a nice playing ground and A gym like every other apartments do.

Wow, what a coincidence, I moved here from Egl crest. It was nice over there too. Gated community and wonderful staffs as you said but Maintenance guy sucks and you might know by now that they cant get rid or control over roaches, its all over there and I was paying 750 dollars and here I am paying 600 dollars for same kind of facility. only difference is, I live in third floor which is okay for me, since these guys dont have gym, I can exercise by walking up and down to my apartment I guess.

i moved here in 06 and they did have a park i was told the gym wld be across from the office i never seen one and i asked abt park the office staff said no intentions of putting a new one in i also have 3 kids and yea the maintnce is great but i moved in to egl crest for the gated comunty
