Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Living in the apartments for 2 years now on the 3rd (top) floor. Never had noise problem
Never had trouble getting things fixed though the blinds are so flimsy they break easily. Everything was well kept and cleaned.
Overall it's one of the better one. No amenities to speak of except pool/club house/etc. But for a nice clean apartment in a relatively quiet place it's good
