Is cheap, and yes its a good place to save money.. and the neighborhood is beautiful.. I wish they have the lake very close but they don t . I wish the people who write bad comments have lived close to the strip, or in some areas where the things are really bad and everything is dangerous,
well of course there is a little problem like kids playing around by street because of lack of playing ground and No Special facilities other than Pool, club house and laundry room but problems are everywhere you go HELLO WE ARE IN Texas!!! Anyhoo, so far Sierra Point is great. We feel like we've finally found a home in Irving. Things change, you can be sure I will be back to update my opinion.

It happened in westhood village, i think. I dont care how many cars have been broken, you might know if you have done,but my car is safe and i havent seen any cops or face in problem in here till now since last year, i will let you know if something happened after you moved. Good luck with your new appartment, hope no body will break your car no shooting will happen at your place, good luck!!

lol do u know how may cars have been broke into also u must not been living there when the shooting happened last summer or when the cops ran tru apts after sum guy that shot a woman during a carjacking on portland and yea the kids were playing in the street the gym is still being built since 2007 and they finnaly have new staff now thats a plus THANK GOD FOR THAT BUT MY LEASE IS ENDING IN CPLE MONTHS AND I WONT RENEW BUT U ENJOY AND KEEP US OLDIES POSTED!
