cheap apartments, all bills paid, From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000 1 response   Apartments are ok, they are cheap, the maintainance is ok. Used to be owned by a chinese couple, now owned by a management firm. The tenants are mostly hispanic and white trash, and some foreigners. Has one pool, and the new management company has spent some money on landscaping. It is however, difficult to get maintainance over the weekend. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
