the apt. was fine with all the paint they threw on the cracks by the windows and bathroom. it's starting to peal off now though. Besides how old the place is, it is supeeerrr hotttt. Told management 4 times and she has not sent anyone to check the ac. it's like a walking closet when u go in there. i do not recommend this place, because they do not listen.
