We finalized this apartment after 2-3 weeks of search around this area... Found what we needed here.. namely an attached garage with enough living space upstairs.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating in letting us post phone our moving date which changed a couple of times due to some issues in our home sales. On the day of the Move, we managed to lock ourself out, and the staff helped us promptly. Though this was a one time courtesy on their side, as the apartment does not deal with lockouts as an emergency situation, and any lock out outside of normal operating hours (read weekdays) can not be treated as an emergency situation.

One of the main issues we have found out so far is that there is not enough parking in the grounds. There are only 18 (including some handicapped spots) open parking spots, rest of them are reserved. So if you have more then 2 cars (or plan to use the garage as storage) beware that the other car may have to parked out side the secured gates, and be ready for longs walks back home.

Rest is fine so far, and I plan to continue this as a blog at least per month
