Will Be Sad To Go

We first moved here when I was pregnant with my daughter 2 years ago and soon, we'll be moving into a home. We have nothing, but good praises for this place. First off, our neighbors are awesome. Perhaps, we were lucky, but our neighbors are in their late 20's to upper 30's (we all work & some have a young family). Everyone has been courteous & friendly. We've developed a personal relationship w/management. How can you not love them' They're sweet, professional & very decent people. The same goes with the maintenance people. They are always in a good mood and wave to us. We feel very safe here and we like the fact there is only enough parking for your two cars bec. that prevents others from loitering. The complex parties are very upscale & impressive. One year, there was wine tasting, Halloween & pumpkin carving contests, and free massages. This is such a beautiful place to live and it's close to 635 & 114. It's very quiet, thought we don't live near the pool. We have a view of the beautiful canal and take our dog & daughter on evening strolls. I love the gym! Has two t.v.s, cardio equipment, & weights. One thing I did notice, there is one apt. who seems to have a lot of younger men living there (not sure if they just crash the night or not), but we've had no problems with them. They made great use of space in our 2/2 apt. w/attached garage!
