The apts. are really old. Dont fall for the look from outside. Some apts. have newer carpets but I got one with the oldest carpet and it sucks. The kitchen tiles is the deadliest I have ever seen. I took this apt. b'coz I badly needed a vacant apt. asap but now I am regretting my decision. I should have just managed in a hotel for few more days. They really dont spend on the maintenance at all. Try calling them for a service and good luck if you get a hold of them and your problem is solved within few days. The apt. was not painted either and there are stains and marks all over the walls...especially in the kitchen. Nope..I dont recommend this place at all. No extra parking space not even for that one more car if you have one family visiting. Its really a pain especially in the cold weather..! One of the worst apartments in Irving I would say. Maintenance staff seems non-existent most of the time except when they do maintain the garbage. What a job that is (huge). Maintenance staff has more work then they should be expected to do, I'm not saying that they work at even 50% of what they could, but it is a thankless job and they know it. They have more work then they know how to do and usually just wing it with repairs. Very unskilled, but whose fault is that? The management company wouldn't you say. geezzzz.....
