I agree with everyone on the maintenance staff. Even with the new management problems still exist with getting repairs done. You have to constantly call and ask about the repair. My kitchen sink was leaking into the cabinet below. I made a maintenance request. One and a half week later still not repaired. Then I discovered the problem. The garbage disposal had disconnected from the sink. Immediately notified management who advised it would be repaired the same day as I would not be able to use the sink. This was a Friday. Come home, no sink repaired. Called again Saturday morning to see why not repaired. Then maintenance decides to call to do the repair on a Saturday. I agree to it. But then he needs me to be at home. What an inconvenience since I had been told that the repair would be made the prior day.

Maintenance has really sucked for the last 2-3 years. The lights are always going out in my entire building (some type of shortage or something) and in my breezeway. It takes 3-4 calls to get this resolved. I have lived there for almost 5 years so I have seen many management teams come and go. Also, extremely limited parking for guests and no storage space if you don't have a garage.

Althoug this is a fairly nice complex, it may be time to look for a new place since I am outgrowing my space. But it is much nicer than many others offered in the area and my neighbors are professional and friendly. That is one of the nice things about the complex. Most of the residents are professionals; therefore, there is not a lot of noise and other disruptions.

The verdict is not yet in on the new owners/management team. We will see what happens.
