The only thing good about the apartment is the location but there are many better apartments all around that area. The fact that you can hear anytime someone walks the stairs, shuts any door(including microwave), parking SUCKS!!!, the hot tub had never worked in all the time Ive lived there, the gates never work, the people in the office are Fing rude, maintnace guys are creepy(and they have a key to every apt.), loud ass kids everyhwere, everything was always broken and if they fixed the problem it was a crappy fix, the list goes on. The problem with three story apartments and no parking is where the hell is anybody suppose to park' You cant ever have anybody over unless you plan on picking them up at the front office or across the street everytime. The late fees are outragous, its happens sometimes. I moved to a great community and i cant belive how much differance there is in the management. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else.

I totally agree with everything. They are very very picky about a late fee even if its a Sunday and normally they don't even work on Sunday. The girl came in just to collect the late fee on those who paid on Sunday, morning the 3rd of the month. The grace period for rent is the 2nd. The old owners never did this. I can't understand why they don't just fix the hot tub, its false advertising to tell everyone you have a hot tub, but don't tell them that it won't be working EVER. Maintenance is now much better than the old owners, I haven't had any problems (luckily). The rent is too high at this complex, we will be moving out and hopefully find something better. Any hints on where?
