Gates don't work most of the time, hot tub is never warm and many times do not work, lights out in many areas of complex, staff wants you to come over within minutes whether they know you are at work or not to discuss any concerns or issues you or they may have, sometimes staff is rude, parking is horrible--rarely enough for any guests although tenants do have a reserved parking space.
