The welcome was fantastic when you walk in for the first time, but sign the lease and all love is lost. I have never been treated so rudely by someone taking almost $1200 a month from me on time all the time. And watch the rent charges they consistently changed on me every month in my year stay and try to question them and they hang up on you! parking is a nightmare so if you like having guests dont stay here because they will TOW YOUR CAR! The amenities are a joke, the computer lounge has not worked in the entire year I have been here and neither has the hot tub! And if you bring guests to the pool you will be reprimanded. Trash is collected outside all the apartments leading to these huge roaches that prowl the night outside your front door. Try to get out of the lease or give less than 60 days notice and you will be charged 2 months rent plus $300 for whatever reason they make up at the time! For me that worked out to $2700 to move out on my LEASE END DATE!! SO I had to extend for 2 months and pay $1700 a month. These guys are SHADY!! And their customer service is a joke!! They are a bunch of kids with no respect!!

Similiar thing happened to me. I hate this management and miss previous management. At least, they were nice to everyone without insane charge to residents.

I know that Janice has been very nice to us... I like my apt since it does have a gargage... But the parkng and the gates do SUCK though... But once my contract is over I will be moving out.. To high and not worth it at all... And then the carpet its like almost white. And there maintenance sucks seriously.... The dumpster always stinks and then sometimes the trash people dont leave recycle bags for us.. Its a hassle.. But I do like the atmosphere... But lately I have seen some ghetto people that live or come around here lately.. Other then that its all good... :)

Are you serious? Do you mean they actually want you to honor your contract with them and follow the rules? How dare they tow you for parking in someone else's paid space or in the fire zone! How dare they enforce the limit on guests rule to make it pleasant for paying residents! The nerve of them!! You know what is so wonderful about living in a free country? You can live wherever you want. Move if you don't like it. (By the way, I've lived here for several years, I very seriously doubt they change your rent whenever they feel like it, if you pay your rent as agreed in the lease CONTRACT!)

I think that 25% is a high rating!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!
