Summerbend Apartments

Not a bad place From: vixen05 Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived in SummerBend for 1year. The neighborhood is gorgeous! I had a canal (lake) view from my 3rd floor apartment. That made up for sometimes slow maintenance. I hated the spiderwebs on the staircase. I complained to maintenance but it never got better. Still it was a quiet, affordable, safe place to live. I would recommend the property.
