Rude Manager From: ram999 Date posted: 7/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This prpoerty is good and we have been staying here since a year. No major issue and the staff was helpful. However, since couple of months, the manager was not customer centric and not understanding and listening to the issues. She says that she was busy with thousand people. Couple of interactions with her made me to reasonably assume that she was bit rude towards residents/existing customers and not at all helpful or customer centric. Other than this, the other staff and the property is good. The location is also good place to stay for longer.
