Bad Bad.....Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   1) Management change -- I hear the management change is just a hoax, they have moved the management of summer bend to a sister property and brought in people from there. 2) Work Orders - They never act on work orders until you call them 5 times and finally yell at the management. 3) Appliances - Appliances are very old and do not work, they had promised that they will replace appliances, but now they are asking for an increase in rent for new appliances.
