Summerwood Apartments

not From: redrick30 Date posted: 4/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 2 photos   This was the first place I moved into when I was looking for a place March 2007. I would not live here is you wanted to. They changed hands about 6 times since I have moved in. I request things to be fixed on my apartment they NEVER responded. I was billed for electricity by the apartment complex for Feb. 2007 power. I moved in my apartment March 1st. The crime is pretty high and the noise level is high too. I live on the side where you can walk to get to the laundry mat. People would walk all the time across to get to the 7-11 or where ever they are going. This is my last month here and I am glad I am leaving. Also when I had a leak under the kitchen sink and I paged a maintenance person to get there or even call they NEVER did!!!1 Stay away!!!!!!! They have a lot of units that are empty, i would say about 40%. That is a lot. What does that tell you''''
