The price for the product you definity get your monies worth! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The summit by Norstar in Valley Ranch offers a great location. I have lived here for over a year and have seen a couple of managment companies and by far the last one has been the best! The maintenance staff is exceptional, with same day if not a 24 hour response time to complete any service request. If I were not buying a house I would stay for another year. The actual apartments were built very solid, I have had no problems with noisy neighbors at this address.
