I have moved into this apt. 6 months back. They have very good floor plans at reasonable price. Also the apartments are quite new and clean. As of now all my maintanence problems have been well attended in time. The apartment staff are courteous and respectful. I haven't come across any major problems yet in my six months stay. The parking may cause little inconvenience otherwise it is a decent place to live.
